Biography

Ángel started his Bachelor in Nanobiology at TU Delft in 2022 and graduated in 2025. For his minor, he participated in TU Delft’s iGEM team and followed mathematics courses. He completed his thesis project at the Koenderink lab in TU Delft’s Bionanoscience department, where he verified the scission activity of B. subtilis DynA protein in dumbbell liposomes.

Ángel started his Master’s in Nanobiology at TU Delft in 2025, where he is specializing in biophysics. In November 2025 he joined the Menzel Lab as a student research assistant. He images tissue samples with ComSLI and assists in optimizing measurement setups and workflows.
