Biography

Nada is a Master Student in Nanobiology at TU Delft and Erasmus MC. She is interested in biomedical imaging, tumor biology, and the intersection of physics and medicine.

In September 2026, Nada joined the Menzel Lab to work on her Master’s thesis under the supervision of Hamed Abbasi. She will use computational scattered light imaging to study the orientation of collagen fibers relative to tumor boundaries in a large data set, and investigate how changes in the collagen organization might be related to metastases development and patient prognosis.
